The proposed live form asks for a name, email address, service preference and project description, with optional manuscript length and timing. The live policy will explain how this information is used to respond to enquiries and discuss potential services, and identify the applicable lawful basis for each purpose.

Providers and international transfers

Before launch, this section will identify the selected hosting, email and form providers, the information they process and any relevant transfers outside the European Economic Area and safeguards. These arrangements have not yet been finalised.

Retention

The final notice will state how long enquiries and related records are retained, or the criteria used to determine that period. No retention period has yet been agreed for the new website.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances and legal basis, GDPR rights may include access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability.
